Miftahi provides a rental listing aggregation and transparency platform for the Kuwait market. You may use the platform to search listings, submit viewing requests, join the waitlist, and review landlords. You agree to provide accurate information and use the platform in good faith.

2. Listings & Accuracy

While we verify listings to the best of our ability, Miftahi does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any listing. Final terms, pricing, and availability are always between the tenant and landlord.

3. Reviews

Reviews submitted on Miftahi must be honest and based on real rental experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines or contain abusive, defamatory, or false content.

4. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Miftahi is a platform connecting tenants and landlords. We are not a party to any rental agreement. We are not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from rental transactions facilitated through the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
